Our puppies begin crate and pad training before they are adopted. This helps new families with the with the tasks whether they be first time owners or experienced. Each puppy goes home with a "Starter Puppy Pack" including some puppy pads, a blanket, toys, and more. We want their transition to be as seamless as possible.

We personally do not ship, but you are welcome to use a ground courier or flight nanny, and we will work with them to get your puppy to you.
Since our puppies leave at 8-12 weeks, we do not recommend putting then on the ground as they are not fully vaccinated at the time and can aquire illnesses in the soil.
Yes. In order for a puppy to be held until pickup, a deposit is required. This ensures that you will indeed pickup the puppy and not abandon the adoption leaving the puppy less time to find a good home. Just like a good faith deposit when purchasing a home.
